Wind Europe’s Annual Event in Bilbao 2024
In the period from 20.03.24 to 22.03.24 Wind Europe’s annual exhibition and conference about wind energy sector took place in Bilbao. Thousands of visitors and participants from various fields in the wind energy sector – leading companies, startups, politicians, associations, students took part in the massive event.
Martin Konov, CEO for Eastern and Central Europe of “Power to Wind” LTD , participated in the event. There he met and spoke with representatives of companies offering wind measuring devices, companies assessing the wind resource, electrical engineers, construction engineers, geologists, representatives of wind associations and others
The event was filled with lively discussions, debates, presentations, opportunities to network and cooperate with different companies from all around Europe’s wind sector, providing with opportunities to exchange experience and access to vast knowledge about what is latest from the wind energy sector.
Unfortunately it is worth noting that, for the year of 2023, Bulgaria does not have any new installations of wind farms on its territorry. This highlights that Bulgaria is still behind in the development of wind energy, but also suggests a huge potential for growth and development of the sector. We at Power to Wind are committed to stimulating this growth by building strategic relationships at the local and international level, because clean wind energy has a perspective in Bulgaria.
