Power to Wind and Power to X in support to the children’s football initiative “Road to the Stars”
“Power to Wind” and “Power to X,” were general sponsors of the initiative “Road to the Stars”, organized by “Bulgarian Football Tournaments” and legendary Bulgarian footballer Hristo Stoichkov’s brand “H8S” and supported by the munincipality of Pleven. “Power to Wind” and “Power to X” have constructed and provided the football field and the supporting constructions, which served as the venue for the matches.
The tournament was held on the main square the city of Pleven, Bulgaria. First and second grade children took part in the sports tournament. Many school teams took part in the competition, and the winner was one of the teams from the “Vasil Levski” school. Over 130 goals were scored during the tournament, with teams consisting of three outfield players without a goalkeeper, which increased contact with the ball and made the game more attractive to children.
The main goal of the event was to promote football among the youth and to fire up passion for the sport, to offer children the opportunity to develop their skills and have fun through sport.
